Refund Policy

Idea52 does not offer refunds for purchased products. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be easily duplicated. Once we have distributed a release version to the customer, the sale is final, and you may not return the software for a refund or credit. Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing.

Under no circumstances Idea52 will provide refunds on “your software is not what I need” basis.
Finding a bug in our products is not a reason for a refund. If you do find bugs, please report them so that we can fix them. Use our contact page to any bug report, we will get back to you as soon as possible and maximum 24 hours. We are off in weekend (Friday and Saturday) and may respond late, please have patient.

Idea52 reserves the right to approve refunds in the following cases ONLY:

  • Product doesn’t work as it’s described and we failed to fix bug and don’t provide any support about your question that is relevant to our product(“software”)
  • Product doesn’t have the features listed in the product description page
  • 50% will be refunded if you purchased our product in mistake and didn’t download once, Report before you download, in other cases 80% will be refunded for criteria listed above
  • You bought the product from Idea52 or it’s family web sites
  • Provide all necessary informations about your purchase like the first name, last name , paypal transaction id etc.
